This three-day course is designed for IT professionals interested in enhancing their knowledge and technical skills in managing Windows computers and other devices using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Current Branch version 2203. The course covers Configuration Manager fundamentals and daily asset-management tasks, such as gathering and reporting hardware inventory and software metering information. It also delves into the site system roles and other features required to deploy the Configuration Manager client software, and prepares students for implementing Configuration Manager's change-management features. The course is suitable for experienced IT professionals responsible for desktop and device management in medium to large organizations, who have at least six months of experience managing Windows computers in a workplace environment or have completed a Windows Server 2019 Administration course.
