Redeem Courseware
Follow the instructions below to redeem courseware using a redemption key.

- If you already have a Courseware Store account, this will log you in and give you access to your courseware.
- If you are new to Courseware Store, we will send you an email with a confirmation link that you need to click to finish creating your account, at which point you will have access to your courseware.

If you don’t have a redemption key and you have been told that you have access to some courseware or you do have a redemption key, but it‘s not working, here are some things to try:
- Reach out to the training company with which you will be taking the class to see if they have added (or will add) you to the class or if they can send you instructions for redeeming your courseware.
- Reach out to us using this contact form and let us know what courseware you need and what training company is providing the training.
