Lab preparation

We recommend that you complete the following technical preparation activities:

  1. To prepare your hosted lab solution, be familiar with how you configure and access the labs. Ensure that you’re ready to demonstrate their use to students.

  2. If the course labs use Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 platforms, work with the lab provider in advance of class start to ensure you can demonstrate exercises and students can easily engage with labs.

  3. Be familiar with accessing the eBook so you can guide students in its use.

  4. Although you can use publicly available trial subscriptions or other types of passes with the course labs, keep in mind that the labs haven’t been tested with every available pass or voucher type. Therefore, variations in functionality, while unlikely, are possible because of potential Azure or Microsoft 365 limitations.
